Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your portable projector purchase. This policy explains our rules for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Window

  • You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The 30-day period starts from the date of delivery (as per tracking information).
  • Returns after 30 days will generally not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the portable projector must meet all of the following:

  • Be in brand-new, unused condition (no signs of use, scratches, or wear).
  • Be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, cables, remote, and protective films intact.
  • Include the original receipt or order confirmation.

We strongly recommend testing the projector within the first 7 days of delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.

3. What We Accept

  • Defective on arrival (DOA) or damaged during shipping → Full refund or free replacement.
  • Changed your mind (works perfectly but you no longer want it) → Refund issued minus return shipping costs.
  • Wrong item sent by us → Free return shipping + full refund or replacement.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Items used, opened, or with missing accessories.
  • Projectors with physical damage caused by customer (drops, liquid damage, etc.).
  • Custom or personalized orders (if any).
  • Clearance / sale / open-box items (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
  • Digital accessories or software licenses (if applicable).

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer pays return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

6. Refund Process

  1. Contact us first (see below) before sending anything back.
  2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  4. Timeline: 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Full refund for defective/wrong items.
  • Partial refund (original price minus return shipping) for change-of-mind returns.

7. Warranty Information

All our portable projectors come with a manufacturer’s warranty (usually 12 months). Warranty claims for defects after the 30-day return window should be directed to the manufacturer or through our support team.

8. How to Start a Return

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item and packaging (especially for defective items)
  2. Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the address we provide.

Important: Returns without prior approval or RMA number may be refused.
